FAQs
-
I work with families from pregnancy through to around 3 years old. Whether you’re navigating the newborn phase, moving through the tricky 4–6 month sleep transition or tackling toddler sleep challenges, I’ll tailor the support to your child’s age and your goals.
-
I don’t use “cry-it-out” or any method that involves leaving your baby to cry alone. Some crying is a baby’s natural way of communicating change or frustration and I’ll guide you on how to respond in a way that supports both connection and progress.
-

-
Absolutely! Daytime naps are a crucial part of healthy sleep. We’ll work on both day and night sleep so your baby’s whole routine feels calm and consistent.
-
All consultations are via phone call, so you can access help from anywhere. There’s no need to tidy the house or pack a bag! If you’d prefer in-person support, just get in touch and we can chat about options.
-
You can add extra weeks or book a one-off follow-up session any time.

You’re not alone, and there’s no need to figure it out by yourself. I’ll guide you step-by-step so you feel calm, confident and supported through every stage.
